what’s included
Comprehensive Onboarding. A personalized family intake, teen relationship-building session, adolescent assessment, and customized 12-month curriculum plan — designed specifically around your teen and family before the program begins.
Monthly Performance Health Sessions. One private 30-minute session per month with Shayna or Samantha — covering every dimension of your teen's life across the year. Age-appropriate, teen-directed, and built around the conversations teens aren't having anywhere else. Evening and weekend appointments available.
Priority Medical Appointments. Members receive priority scheduling when a session raises something that needs medical attention. Your teen's provider already knows them — no referral, no starting over, just a visit when it's needed.
Monthly Parent Newsletter. A curated note from Shayna or Samantha at the start of each month — covering your teen's upcoming session topic, conversation starters to use at home, and what to watch for this season.
