Adolescence Is Dynamic.
the healthcare system is not.
Physical, emotional, and reproductive health changes occur continuously during adolescence, yet traditional healthcare relies on annual well visits. This leaves long gaps where emerging concerns may go unnoticed or escalate.
Families often face two critical delays:
The First Gap: Between the onset of symptoms and identification
The Second Gap: Between diagnosis and access to the right provider
WeGotYou bridges both gaps—identifying concerns early through monthly check-ins and ensuring timely intervention with a trusted provider ready when needed.
Most adolescent care begins
after something goes wrong.
WE BUILT WEGOTYOU TO CHANGE THAT.
The Problem
They seem fine. But many teens today are overwhelmed and don’t show it.
One annual visit — and nothing in between
Long waitlists — and support that starts too late
Most struggles build slowly, between visits
Teens don't always say it — and when they do, it's often too late
Changes in mood, sleep, or cycle go unnoticed
The Missing Layer
WeGotYou fills the space between annual visits and crisis care.
Regular check-ins so trust builds before a crisis begins
A provider already in place, who knows your teen
Someone who notices subtle changes early
They open up because the trust is already there
We see the whole picture — and catch things earlier
Your teen doesn't have to wait
until something goes wrong.
WeGotYou adds a continuous layer of reproductive and mental health monitoring that does not exist between annual physician visits—enabling early identification, thoughtful evaluation, and timely intervention.

How It Works
Build the Relationship
Your teen is matched with a dedicated Nurse Practitioner and begins regular one-on-one check-ins. These conversations are relaxed and conversational, allowing trust to develop naturally over time.
Create Space for Honest Conversation
As the relationship grows, teens feel more comfortable asking questions and discussing topics they may not raise elsewhere — including mental health, relationships, stress, and reproductive health.
Access Support When It Matters
When challenges arise, your teen already has someone they trust. Instead of starting from scratch during a stressful moment, support is already in place.
Trusted care, before it's needed.
